The content here is provided for general information about our excavation and land clearing services. Photos show representative work; every site is different.
Quotes and estimates
Prices discussed by phone or shown in written estimates are based on the site conditions described or observed at the time. Unknown conditions — buried debris, rock, unexpected water — may change scope and cost. We will always contact you before performing work beyond an agreed estimate.
Scheduling and weather
Minnesota weather and ground conditions can move a start date. We give as much notice as possible and reschedule at the earliest workable window.
Property access, locates and permits
Utility locates are called in before digging. Property owners are responsible for identifying private lines (irrigation, invisible fence, private electric) and for obtaining permits unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment
Invoices are due upon completion unless progress terms were agreed in advance. Any deposit terms will appear on your written estimate.
